The Accountability Board (AB) is a part of MYOBI that monitors whether MYOBI and its users are compliant with the TTP policy. The Board consists of experts with relevant knowledge and experience in legal, auditing and risk management fields.
The AB gives MYOBI solicited and unsolicited advice to improve accountability. It uses the tools available by MYOBI. The AB can impose sanctions on MYOBI and users if compliance with the TTP policy is not performed correctly.
The AB is bound by regulations and procedures that are based on, among other things, the TTP Code of Conduct AVG. The AB can conduct its investigations to determine whether the accountability cycle leading to an Accountability Seal is correct and intervene if it believes that a user or MYOBI is not correctly applying the code of conduct. It can impose sanctions such as adjusting the maturity level issued by MYOBI in the Accountability Seal Register and suspending or excluding a company as an adopter of the code of conduct and thus as a user of MYOBI.
