This register records the maturity level at which the company is accountable for complying with the agreements of the TTP policy. An essential part of this is meeting data protection and information security standards. The company management can opt for different compliance variants:

1. The company does not use the Accountability Seal: The company is an invited partner and expects to enter into fewer than three agreements with network users. Management complies with the TTP policy, but the company will not use an Accountability Seal to account for compliance with the TTP policy.
2. The company uses the Accountability Seal: The company has consciously become a user of MYOBI. The management sees the added value of the Accountability Seal in being accountable to other network users. MYOBI and the company plan the compliance activities so that mutual expectations are clear and MYOBI can perform the plausibility test promptly; or
3. The company wants integrated compliance accountability: The company intends to account for more than just compliance with the TTP policy. In addition to the responsibility for data protection and information security included herein, management also wants to be accountable for other business activities.
