When changes have been made in a Business Process, the users in this process receive automatically a notification from the system. Examples are: changes in a contract, comments in a contract or a request to sign a contract. The number of received notifications will always be shown on the Homepage. The complete overview of all notifications can be found by using the button ‘Notifications’ at the top of the screen.

Search in Notifications

After choosing the button ‘Notifications, a search screen appears. In this screen it is possible to create a filter with the desired search terms. When using the button ‘Cancel’, all filters will be cleared.

While selecting a Notification, the user will be directly linked to the respective action, for example signing a contract. Notifications are being generated to provide clearness and overview.
