Below this button are all the received and sent personal messages. Users can communicate with each other by using encrypted messages. This is only available for the users that are part of the same Business Process. It is not possible to communicate with users of other Business Processes.
A message always has to be made and sent in the Business Process. All sent and received Messages can be found there. The button Messages gives the opportunity to answer a message, but not to create one.
Sending and receiving Messages in a Business Process
A message always has to be made and sent in the corresponding Business Process. A message can only be sent to a user who is part of the Business Process. A user can always find his of hers own sent and received messages in the corresponding Business Process.
Communicating with the Servicedesk
In the overview of sent and received messages, one can also find the communication between the user and the Servicedesk. A Business Process Coordinator has the right to ask a professional (a lawyer of attorney) for Legal Support and invite this professional to the Business Process. The professionals then becomes a user in the Business Process en can communicate with other users in het Business Process, belonging to the company of the Business Process Coordinator.
