All (internal and external) business processes and all (internal and external) contracts can be consulted on the pages under the submenu in ‘My Company’. Users with the right role can easily view the list of externally initiated business processes and, if necessary, download and print them. A number of steps must be followed for this.

Step 1: In the main menu, select the option “My Company”.

Step 2: Then select “Contracts and Processes” in the submenu on the left and then “External Processes” to view the list of contracts initiated.

Step 3a (view the business process): The list is displayed on the screen. To view the Business Process, it is selected with one mouse click. The Business Process is now displayed on the screen.

Step 3b (generate a report): The list is displayed on the screen. Click on the “Report” button and select the desired report.
