MYOBI Trust Network keeps the history of all changes made to a contract. A change is recorded with date, description and user name, so that a complete picture of the pre-contractual phase is available. History can be viewed at every stage of contracting, even after agreement has been reached.
Step 1: Open the contract in the relevant Business Process.
Step 2: A submenu will appear on the left side of the screen. Click on “View history of …”. The screen that appears contains the list of contract changes.
Step 3: If it is desired that the overview of changes is reported, click the button at the top right of the list. Via the button “Report” on the right side of the screen it is now possible to compile the desired overview.
