An organisation that is going to contract always starts a Business Process first. In this Business Process, contracts can be compiled, modified and finalised. It is also possible to import additional documents and to record notes and changes. A Business Process is started as follows:
Step 1: In the menu structure of MYOBI Network, go to ‘Business Processes’, and then to ‘Own Business Processes’.
Step 2: If the organisation has purchased a license to use the Contracts present in the system, a ‘plus icon’ will be shown at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3: By clicking on this icon, the screen to start a New Business Process appears. Enter all necessary information here. When selecting the Business Process type, it is important to realise that on this basis the relevant Contract Portfolio is made available to import Contracts. The choice for this cannot be changed after “Save”.
The Business Process has now been created. The following steps are:
- Inviting the party that is contracted; and
- Request legal support, if desired.
When the organisation starts a Business Process itself, it is possible to also use the legal support or service Desk, specifically for this Business Process.
