A company that wants to contract always starts a business process. In the business process, contracts can be put together, adjusted and finalised. It is also possible to import additional documents, to record notes and changes.
A business process is started as follows:
Step 1: In the main menu structure, go to ‘business processes’, and then to ‘my processes’.
Step 2: When you have done this, you will see a ‘plus icon’ at the bottom right. Click on this to start a new Business Process.
Step 3: A new screen will appear with ‘New Business Process’. Enter all details here and click save.
Please note: when selecting the Business Process type, it is important to realize that the relevant contract portfolio will be made available for importing contracts based on this. The choice for this cannot be changed after “Save”.
The Business Process has now been created and is available in the overview. The next steps are: inviting the party you want to contract with and, if desired, requesting legal support to support you in the negotiations.
