When many documents are supplemented in the Business Process, it is possible to sort them by name. This makes searching for the correct document easier for the user.
Step 1: Find the relevant Business Process in the list of “Own Business Processes” and click on it so that the Business Process opens.
Step 2: In the relevant Business Process, click on the three dots in the “Import documents” screen on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: In the menu that appears on the left, the option “Sort” is selected.
Step 4: After this it is possible to select the fields to be sorted on. The list of related documents in the Business Process changes as the choice is modified.
