When many documents are supplemented in the Business Process, it is possible to search for them within the Business Process. This makes finding the right document easier for the user.
Step 1: Find the relevant Business Process in the list of ‘Own Business Processes’ or ‘External Business Processes’ and click on it to open the Business Process.
Step 2: In the relevant Business Process, click on the three dots in the “Import Documents” screen on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: In the menu that appears on the left, the option “Search” is selected.
Step 4: In the search bar that appears, the name of the relevant document is typed. The relevant document is then filtered on the right side of the screen, next to the documents, as found document.
