A received message can be answered from the Business Process through the steps listed below.
Step 1: Find the relevant Business Process in the list of “Own Business Processes” or “External Business Processes” under the button in the main menu and click on it to open the Business Process.
Step 2: In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, the option “Messages” is selected, then “Show messages”.
Step 3: The complete list of messages is now shown in the main screen.
Step 4: Click on the message to which a reply is to be made. And select “Answer”
Step 5: Formulate the answer and indicate a priority. Then choose “Save”. The message is now encrypted and prepared for the recipient.
