Contract processes are sometimes in motion for a longer period of time. During that time, it may happen that a user has to be removed from the Business Process, for example because the user has changed job title. If a user is put inactive by the Company Administrator as an employee of the organization for access in the system, the user is automatically removed from the Business process.
Step 1: Locate the relevant Business Process in the list of “My Business Processes” or “External Business Processes” and click on it to open the Business Process.
Step 2: In the menu at the top left, the option “Companies and Users” is selected.
Step 3: A number of options will appear under the option “Companies and Users”. You do not want to see all participants in the Business Process (both from your own organization and the other party), but only your own employees. To do this, click on “My Participating Users”.
Step 4: Select the user to be removed from the Business Process. This selection is done after one mouse click on the name. Then click “Delete” in the menu just above the list of users. The user has now been removed from the Business Process.
