It is possible that a document that was added to a Business Process is no longer relevant to the Contract Process. The user can delete this document by taking the following steps.
Step 1: Locate the relevant Business Process in the list of “Own Business Processes” or “External Business Processes” and click on it to open the Business Process.
Step 2: Click on the ‘dot button’ behind the document to be deleted. A drop-down menu will appear, where the “Delete” option is selected.
Step 3: A message will appear asking if the document really needs to be deleted, this process is irreversible. Click on “OK” here, the document has now been deleted.
