In MYOBI Network a distinction is made between ‘Own Business Processes‘ and ‘External Business Processes‘.

Own Business Processes

Own Business Processes are the Business Processes that the user’s organisation has initiated itself. The own organisation has taken the first step to contract with another party. With the ‘Own Business Processes’ it is also possible to request legal support from external professionals.

External Business Processes

External Business Processes are initiated by the other party. With External Business Processes, the user is an active participant in the Contract process, but does not have the option to request Legal support.

When it is known to the user who was the initiating party in the Business Process, the filter ‘Own Business Processes’ or ‘External Business Processes’ can already be selected in the submenu under Business Processes.
