An overview of sent and received messages is stored in the encrypted environment of the Business Process. A number of steps are followed for this.

Step 1: Find the relevant Business Process in the list of “Own Business Processes” or “External Business Processes” under the button in the main menu and click on it to open the Business Process.

Step 2: In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, the option “Messages” is selected, then “Show messages”.

Step 3: The complete list of messages is now shown in the main screen.
