A user who has forgotten his or her password can ask the Company Admin of his or her own organization to reset the password. If it concerns the Company Admin who no longer knows his or her password, the MYOBI service desk should be contacted.
The Company Admin can generate an e-mail message to let the user change the password himself. To do this, the following steps must be taken:
Step 1: click on your own organisation in the main menu.
Step 2: Click on the submenu on the left, and select the top option with Company Details. Depending on the settings, the screen will look like one of the two print screens below.
Step 3: Select the list of Users in the new submenu that appears on the left.
Step 4: By selecting the correct user and then clicking the “reset user” button, the password recovery process for this user is started.
