After a Business Process has been created, it is limitedly possible to edit it. Editing can only be done by the user who created the Business Process.
Step 1: Find the relevant Business Process in the list of “Own Business Processes” and click on it so that the Business Process opens.
Step 2: Scroll in the list to the Business Process that needs to be adjusted and click on. The Business Process is therefore not opened.
Step 3: A number of options will appear on the screen. Click on “Edit”.
Step 4: To prevent a Business Process from being accidentally changed by a User, choose “Edit” again, at the bottom of the Business Process information.
It is now possible to change the description of the Business Process. The other fields are fixed and cannot be changed after creating the Business Process. Click “Save” to save the changes.
