An Own Business Process can be deleted by the User who created the relevant Business Process. It is not possible to delete a Business Process from another User. In addition, a Business Process can only be deleted if no signed Contracts have been recorded yet.
Step 1: Find the relevant Business Process in the list of ‘Own Business Processes’ and click on it so that the Business Process opens.
Step 2: Scroll in the list to the Business Process that needs to be adjusted and click on. The Business Process is therefore not opened.
Step 3: A number of options will appear on the screen. Click on ‘Delete’.
Step 4: Again, the User will be asked if the User is sure to delete this Business Process. If the user does indeed want to delete the Business Process, he clicks ‘OK’. This is irreversible.
