To compose a message to users in a Business Process, the following step-by-step plan is followed.
Step 1: Locate the relevant Business Process in the list of “Own Business Processes” or “External Business Processes” under the button in the main menu and click on it to open the Business Process.
Step 2: In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, the option “Messages” is selected, then “Show messages”.
Step 3: Add the recipients in the message. Only the users associated with the Business Process can receive a message. To see the list of all users, click “View all”. An instruction to add users to the Business Process is also provided.
Step 4: Enter the subject of the message and write the content of the message. It is also possible to give a priority to the message. Then click on the “Save” button and the message will be encrypted and prepared for the recipient (s).
