A document that has been added to a Business Process is given a name by the user. Over time, the user may want to change the name of the document. This is always possible.
Step 1: Find the relevant Business Process in the list of “Own Business Processes” and click on it so that the Business Process opens.
Step 2: Click on the ‘dot button’ behind the document whose name needs to be changed. A drop-down menu appears, where the “Edit” option is selected.
Step 3: Adjust the description of the document and then choose “Save”. The document is saved under the new name.
