Changing the role of an user can be done by the Company Admin. Click on the link to your own organization in the main menu at the top of the screen:

The screen with the information about your own organization appears. At the top left of the screen, an extra menu is displayed. In this menu, click on the details of your own organization (top option).
Depending on the settings, this will show as following:

A new screen appears again, offering the opportunity to see all users of the organization.
If the role of Company Admin has been assigned, it is now possible to select an employee. In the screen that appears below, the correct role is assigned or removed at the line “Roles”. No personal data is shown in the print screen below, but this will be the case on your own screen.
