An employee who leaves employment, or who for some other reason needs to be blocked, can be blocked from access in the system by the user with the role of “Company Admin”. It is of course always possible that multiple users have the role of “Company Admin” in the organisation. The following steps are taken to block a user.
Step 1: Click “My Company” in the main menu. A submenu will appear on the left.
Step 2: In the submenu on the left, click on “Company Details” and then on “Users”.
Step 3: Select the user to be blocked by one mouse click on the appropriate line. Then click on “Block user” in the menu above the list of employees. The employee is immediately blocked from logging in.
