To add an user to a business process, it is important that the ‘Business Process Coordinator’ gives this employee the rights to do so.
To do this, go to “Business Processes” in the main menu.

In the submenu that appears, click on the location where the Business Process is located. If it concerns a Business Process drawn up by the organisation, the first option is selected. If it concerns a received Business Process and thus drawn up by another party, the bottom option is selected. For more information about the Business Processses.

The list appears with the Business Processes. By selecting the correct Business Process once with a mouse click, the top option can be selected in the menu on the right-hand side. This is where the connected organizations and users are visible.

The second option shows which users of the own organisation have been added.

Here you will find the button in the middle to add a new user to the Business Process. By clicking on the relevant user, it is possible to revoke the rights to this Business Process. This can be done by using the “Delete” button. The key allows the user to see which rights have been assigned to a particular user.
