To add a user to a business process, it is important that the “Business Process Coordinator” gives this user the rights to do so.
Step 1: Go to “Business Processes” and then “My Processes”.
Step 2: Next, go to Companies and Users on the left side of the screen and select “My Participating Users”.
Step 3: A new screen will open with the authorizations. There, select “Add User”. You fill in the form and press “Save”.
