It is possible for a Business Process Coordinator to request legal support for their own Business Process from an affiliated organization. Before the Legal Support is started, an Agreement is always concluded for this. Support is specifically requested in the Business Process for which the expert should provide advice.
Step 1: Find the relevant Business Process in the list of “Own Business Processes” and click on it so that the Business Process opens.
Step 2: On the left side of the Business Process, the option “Legal Support” is selected.
Step 3: Click the “Add legal support” button.
Step 4: In the screen that appears next, it is explained what the Legal Support is needed for. Is it about a complete advice, a final check, etc. Fill this in and then choose “send invitation”. The request is now being processed by the affiliated lawyers.
Step 5: Once the request has been dealt with by a lawyer, he / she draws up a Legal Agreement. This is already sent as part of the Business Process, and a notification is displayed on the user’s personal home page.
Step 6: If the user agrees, the contract is signed.
