What is a Contract Author?
A contract author draws up the content of the contract for his own organisation in the MYOBI Trusted Network. The contract author may modify imported contracts so that they are tailored to their own situation. The user with this role may also comment on a contract or remove imported clauses from the standard contract (for a specific business process).
The contract author may not approve a contract for external review or signature. This is done by the contract authority.
Who is the contract author?
These are often lawyers or professional support staff at an organistion.
What are the permissions?
The permissions are “read”, “update” and “comment”.
