Making contracts company specific

2 views 0 14 September 2021 myobi

A contract imported from the contract portfolio can be made company specific. The Contract Author and the Contract Authority have the right to amend a contract, as well as a legal professional added to the business process.

By clicking on the relevant contract in the business process,

…

you enter the contract.

…

By clicking on the three dots on the right in an article or part of an article, changes can be made to the contract and comments can be made. The users of the business process are informed of all changes and comments by means of a notification:

…

Not all contract parts can be changed by the user. This has to do with legislation and regulations and with the requirements of the management of the organisation. This is visible in the contract itself, it says (Fixed) after the relevant clause.

…

All changes to a contract are logged, creating a change history. The users of a business process are notified of a change in a contract with a notification.

As long as the contract in question has not yet been released to a contract partner and its users (which happens if the Contract Authority changes the status of the contract to “Ready for external assessment”), users from their own organisation and, if necessary, the legal professionals engaged, can cancel the contract. company-specific and have a substantive discussion with each other via the Trust Network.
