Importing contracts

4 views 0 14 September 2021 myobi

A Business Process Coordinator can import a contract from the available portfolios into the business process. The user with the role of Contract Authority also has this right. By selecting the contract type when creating the business process, contracts from the corresponding portfolios are available.

From the business process, click on ”import contracts”.

…

By clicking on ”Invite” you will see all contracts from which you can select.

…

You click on your choice.

…

You can then import the selected contract into the business process.

…

…

The contract has been imported into the business process. Depending on the role of a user, the contract can be viewed, edited or signed. The user with the role of Contract Signaroty is authorized to sign a contract.

Good to know: As long as the contract in question has not yet been released to a contract partner and its users (which happens if the Contract Authority changes the status of the contract to “Ready for external assessment”), the users from their own organisation and possibly the engaged legal professionals, make the contract company-specific and have a substantive discussion with each other via the Trust Network.
