All legal entities and non-legal entities, including public bodies, that exercise a profession, conduct business activities or conduct a public task. It is not necessary that they act as or are part of an organization. The concept of the Company also includes all governing bodies as meant in the national administrative law (eg Article 1:1 of the Dutch general administrative law (Algemene wet bestuursrecht)).
