MYOBI is a Trusted Third Party (TTP) that maintains a Trust Infrastructure, Trust Network and Information Ecosystems, provides Trust Services, Professional Services and other Services.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Trust Infrastructure, the Trust Network, and Information Ecosystems in which Users participate and to all Services that MYOBI provides to Users. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, Users accept also the entire TTP policy.
MYOBI’s Trust services include (i) the technical management and provision of a Personal Data Store in an electronic environment; (ii) facilitating the application of an electronic signature; (iii) notarization of the documents (including contracts) of Users by signing them with MYOBI’s electronic signature and keep the documents in depository (MYOBI in its role of notary).
A Person controls and directs his Personal Data with his PDS. Through the PDS of authorized Persons, a Company controls and directs its Company data. They get more certainty about the reliability of the Personal and Company data.
MYOBI puts Users in the position to be accountable for compliance with the TTP policy.
