All users of the MYOBI Trust Network subscribe to the TTP policy. A user of the network can trust that other users comply with the TTP policy and show this with their Accountability seal in the Accountability register.
This creates a Trust Network with more certainty about the reliability of:
- the existence and structure of the company and the representation of the company;
- the identity as well as the digital signature of the company and its representatives;
- the adequate processing of company and personal data in accordance with the Accountability seal policy and in particular the TTP Code of Conduct GDPR, which has been submitted to the Dutch Data Protection Authority for approval;
- following the procedures for resolving disputes between the parties; and
- the maturity level indicated by the company for processing company and personal data in the accountability seal in the accountability seal register.
The TTP policy is an operational elaboration of:
- European General Data Protection Regulation;
- Trade Secrets Act;
- Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act.
In response to legislative changes or operational circumstances MYOBI manages the TTP policy.
