MYOBI maintains a professional service desk. The purpose of the service desk is to enable users to quickly and effectively realise their intended added value of applying the services. For this, the service desk uses:
- This service desk portal;
- A company-specific tenant e-learning platform; and
- Forward to professional support.
The activities of the service desk are:
- Authenticate identity of companies and their representatives;
- Facilitating the members of the Standardisation Board;
- Organising accountability support aimed at confirming the accountability seals by business users of the Trust Network; and
- Answering operational questions from users of the Trust Network.
