MYOBI develops its supporting IT systems on Microsoft Azure. The production systems are redundant and are located within the EU. In the IT systems the concept of “Data Protection by Design and by Default” as intended by the legislator and elaborated in the EDPB guideline 4/2019, 20 October 2020 has been applied.
MYOBI uses all management measures that Microsoft Azure offers to guarantee the continuity of the processing of company and personal data. Essential components for protecting confidentiality and data integrity lie outside the Microsoft Azure platform and have been brought under user control.
Audit logs have been made of the results of important processing processes that can be monitored by MYOBI and the users.
