MYOBI fulfills the role of Trusted third party on the MYOBI Trust Network. With this MYOBI operationalizes the TTP policy. The formal structure of MYOBI consists of MYOBI B.V. and a holding company in the form of a Stichting Administratiekantoor which holds all shares in MYOBI B.V. possession.

MYOBI B.V. has set up a functional organization with a management, standardization board, system management and system exploitation, accountability support, service desk and administration. MYOBI allows professional companies to develop applications on the Trust Network. With this MYOBI keeps the Trust Network affordable.

MYOBI is accountable for organizing compliance with legal and contractual obligations as indicated in the TTP policy.
