MYOBI is based on roles that are assigned to a user in the system. Each role has its own rights. It is always possible to assign various roles to one user. It is of course also possible to assign one role to multiple users.
The Company Administrator (company admin) is assigned by the MYOBI service desk and determines which role should be assigned to a user. Naturally, the service desk has no influence on this, which means that the powers are always allocated via the own organisation.

| Business Coordinator | May start, change and delete a Business Process if contracts are not yet fully completed. |
| Contract Author | May draw up or change a contract within a Business Process. |
| Contract Authority | May approve a contract within a Business Process. |
| Contract Reviewer | May read or comment on a contract within a Business Process. |
| Contract Signatory | May sign a contract within a Business Process. |
